#274 SETUP.BAT doesn't check for minuscule 'z' drive

An apparent bug. In SETUP.BAT, you can see (in the screenshot) that the script iterates over drive letters for all of the alphabet, from "A" to "Z" and from "a" to "y" because 'y' is there twice.
