#133 UMB at 0xa0000 does not work

Hello.

It seems if UMB at 0xa0000 exists, freedos can't
properly start command.com. The bug was already
mentioned here:
http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.emulators.freedos.kernel/316
It says that his machine reboots when command.com
tries to load, but for me it just says "Bad or missing
command interpreter".
I've found out that reserving just 1 paragraph and
starting UMB at 0xa0010 fixes the problem.
