I just changed the order of commands.
If claimed the land and then cancel the name of the colony, the land would be stolen from the native and the colony would not be built - weird.
Actually this is restoring how things used to be. However we had complaints that if you baulked at claiming the tile, the suggested name was never offered again, so I changed things so that the name is asked for last. This is probably another case where we can not please everyone.
