I think this would be as near as impossible, because as far as i can tell, fourchan-dl gets its images by regex or by checking the html file. Plus, as the name of the project suggests, this is a 4chan downloader, not a 4chon one. Still looking for a 2chan.net and bbs.eastan.net downloader myself though.
Version 1.3.x implements a plugin system for the parsing process.
With this it is possible to support other chan sites or even google images if you want to.
Feel free to write your own plugin :D
