I am attempting to finish a release and need to create a shell. I am using:

$ ssh -t rouilj,roundup@shell.sourceforge.net create
ssh: connect to host shell.sourceforge.net port 22: Connection refused

I have confirmed that telnet shell.sourceforge.net 22 fails from two different hosts on
different ISPs.

Is there a new shell server I should be using? Checking the documentation didn't turn up anything obvious.
