First, I'd like to thank everybody on this list, and especially George, for their help. I'm defining a non-roman font from scratch, and I had my first successes, using my new font with XeTeX, last night. There's one residual problem: I need to define a glyph for the SPACE. I reset the advance width, but that doesn't seem to do the job. In tests, the space seems to get printed with zero width. Is there some trick that I've missed? Thanks, Ken |
