Another issue: I create omacron.sc, FF ignores macron.sc and uses the 
modifier (U-02c9).

However, in GPOS lookup "Mark" the correct glyph appears with macron.sc.

Since this behavior only occurs with macron, grave, and acute, couldn't 
it be a small bug in the automatic glyph construction mechanisms?
