I don't understand this question.  Nothing stops you from making a font as
many pixels high as you want; and the fact that the average X installation
has directories for 75dpi and 100dpi fonts but not 200dpi is a matter of X
configuration and has nothing to do with FontForge.  What exactly is the
change you would like to see in FontForge?
