Add a regression test for Bug #614.

Simplify the logic for temporarily overriding redefp by using LOCAL.
I don't think I understood that redefp could be a local variable when I wrote this.

Note that Bug #563 was fixed in FMSLogo 8.5.0.

Add another instruction before the sytax error in EVALTEST.UNEXPECTEDCLOSEPAREN.BADPROC.
This is needed to reproduce bug #563.

Rework the tests for FIRSTS now that FIRST accepts the empty array.
However weird it is that FIRST outputs the origin of an array and not the first element, FIRSTS has the same behavior and this should be included as a regression test.
