Fix some typos in file names in BITLOAD.16BPP

Integrate 8bpp-1x64000.bmp and rle8-64000x1.bmp into the test pass.
I had commented them out because I mistakenly thought that they weren't being rendered due to a bug. In fact, they are "large enough" that they are rendered in the upper-corner top-down and I just didn't notice this because I (incorrectly) expected to see them drawn at the turtle's location.

Integrate the rest of the bmptestsuite into the BITLOAD and BITLOADSIZE tests.

Hide the turtle when asking the tester if the screen looks correct in CHECKSCREEN.
This is important for small images where the turtle could obscure the picture.

Add some regression tests for BITLOAD/BITLOADSIZE using the bmptestsuite.
So far, only 1bpp bitmaps have been tested.

Add a suite of bitmaps for testing BITLOAD and BITLOADSIZE.

Rewrite FONTFACENAMES in terms of wxWidgets API
This was done to make it work on GNU/Linux (with GTK+)

Rewrite SCROLLX and SCORLLY using wxWidgets API.
This enables them to work on GNU/Linux (GTK+).

Note that the next version of FMSLogo includes minor improvements to the manual.
So far, this is just a new paragraph in the documentation for LOCAL.
