Stop linking with -lpthread on Windows.
I was hoping that this would fix a problem observed in the initial 8.2.0 build where it wouldn't run on Windows XP due to a missing import in kernel32.dll GetTickCount64. A web search revealed that mingw32's libpthread was updated to only run on Vista and above, so I hoped that this would fix the compatibility problem. It did not, but since it also didn't introduce any build breaks, it seems better to leave it out of the build.

Add a "WAIT" to try to make the tests more robust.
For some reason, the [:buttonpressed] test failed in the full test pass for 8.2.0, but this failure was not reproducible when the tests were run in isolation. I suspect that the message queue got too backed up to process EDALLBTN instructions before the SIMPLEREPORTTEST was run. If adding a WAIT doesn't work for future test passes, I'll try something else.

Update the test log with the results from the 8.2.0 test pass.

Update the version to 8.2.0 for a formal release.
