Now clear sir, but we also have used leather for this shoe,  the order 900prs 6 times for the shipment with leather HS 64039900 and didn’t receipt any claim  and this 1prs in the last time for shipment and customs have problem … no way…. Sorry sir.

  UT-3201, the upper area(wedge cover, heel part, insock) is mainly Textile/PU

 , so we (Spiga and Fukuyama) and Japanese custom noticed as Upper Textile Shoe (HS 64041900) .

Sorry sir, we need to explain to you about the HS CODE, pls open the attachment for the AJ form & material list:

l   I/V SP18052015 520prs, 15227 textile HS 64041900 & 15219, 3201, 1900 are leather HS 64039900, so AJ form will have 2 HS code.

l   I/V SP20152015 597prs 15224, 15219,3201 all are leather HS code will be 64039900, so AH form only one SH code.

We don’t understand what the customs think we are wrong?
