#10 The sample base tone setting is hidden.

Description:
There is a setting per sample that sets the base note of the sample. This setting is present in .xm and .it module files, but there is no way to change it within the instrument editor mode of FlyTracker. This may appear in other trackers as "Relative Note: C-4", "Tone Relative to C-4", or similar.

Note:
This is separate from the Mapping submenu, which is a per-instrument override for individual notes rather than a per-sample adjustment applied to all notes.

I looked at this root dialog, but it does not perform the quite same function, nor does it show a base note that is already applied to a sample. Changing the RootKey changes the instrument mapping, while changing the base sample note changes the sample playback rate. Note the former applies at the instrument level, the latter at the sample level. It is basically like the fine tune setting, only with halftone steps.

I've attached an example module. The same instrument is loaded twice, but sample #3 has had its base note adjusted +5 halftones. The base note difference between the two instruments does not show in the RootKey, nor can it be fixed by adjusting the RootKey because this will adjust both samples in the multi-sampled instrument.
