I am beginning to think that this has nothing to do with the
FDM used and maybe something todo with recent changes 
in the scenery  format.

I say this because with
fgfs --fdm=larcsim --airport-id=KHYA

the sim starts up with no clouds for me :-(

I have scenery version 5 files for this location

This is wierd in that I can teleport here after taking off from
the default location and I have clouds ??

I also can startup at KBOS which is the same version scenery and 
within the same 'major tile block' w40n80 and I have clouds ???
