PLIB can't read .epd. I don't know whether there is an external
converter somewhere from .epd to something else. Unfortunately, I am
very busy right now with my move and with the PPE release. If you (or
someone else) are interested in this, try to find a specification of
the format, an external converter, or some code that reads these
files.
