If no one else comes forward in the next couple of days with a MSVC version
I will downgrade my development system to the last official Cygwin release
and compile one up.

In the meantime I have put a my 0.7.8 binary that has a 'few 'Norman Tweaks'
to my
website for those willing to get the latest  'snapshot' version of Cygwin.

Note that amongst other things I have taken the 'steam' out of this.
so this should not be used for our distribution

FWIW
It is quite easy to install a Cygwin development enviroment
on Windows and a cross development enviroment on Linux
so IMHO there really is no excuse for any 'developer' not to
be compiling their own :-)
