Yes, it would.  The problem is that changed over to using a faq.dtd that
I found from W3C.  It has a <version/> tag, but no date tag (like I had
in my ad-hoc markup before).  I opted to use the $Date$ for the version
instead of the $Revision$, for Joe Schmoe's sake.

But the $Id$ is at the top of the xml and html as a comment.  I may just
add a <date/> tag to the DTD and solve this little problem.
