Let's wait until 0.7.7 is released to do that.  There are a couple
dominos that need to fall before adding flap sounds will be useful.

- 0.7.7 release (depends on plib-1.2.0 or higher)

- plib-1.4.0 is released (soon)

- 0.7.8 will require plib-1.4.0 or higher.  This *should* contain
patches for more concurrent sounds which we need before we start
adding a lot of effects.
