I'd like to have time synchronization during startup and then to have
real time included in the pause command thereafter.  The reason that
commercial sims have a lot of pause modes in which real time is not
stopped is because they often have unmodified avionics mounted into the
cockpit manels, for which no pause mode exists.  This is thus a workaround.
