[Flightgear-devel] Four New Bugs

I submitted four (yes 4!) new bugs.  They may all be related to the
same problem, but the stack traces were all different, so I made each
one it's own bug.  The all revolve around setting --altitude on startup.

OT:  The only thing I don't like about the bug tracker is that it
completely bastardizes the spacing and layout of the reports.  :-(

PS - The GF2 GTS rocks!  ...Rest in peace, Voodoo3...
