I'm not sure if I agree.  Bugs that show up in the standalone JSBSim
should be reported to the JSBSim tracker, but bugs that show up in
FlightGear probably belong just as much in the FlightGear tracker.  In
this case, as Curt has mentioned, it may be a JSBSim/FlightGear
integration issue.
