[Flightgear-devel] bug tracking system

I think I would like to propose that we start using the sourceforge
bug tracking system for our project.  From the main page you can click
on "SourceForge Project Page" and then from there you can use the
"Tracker" to file bug reports, feature requests, support requests, and
patches.

I think this would be a better, more organized way to handle these
thing that the current ad-hoc, mail it to Curt approach.  I do pretty
good with stuff mailed directly to me, but sometimes patches/problems
posted to the mailing lists get missed because of the high traffic
there.

I imagine there will be a round of "here here's", and if so, let's go
ahead and start using these sourceforge services.
