Sorry for the delay - I’m AFK right now.

I’ll need to remind myself how that code works.  The original intention was
that it would read an  apt.dat fragment in a scenery directory but IIRC I
ended up reading from the NavCache.

Given WS3.0 works well using aptgen850 airports this code should probably
just be removed.
