i'm guessing that something is being missed somewhere, yes... whether it is
limited to lubuntu or not, i don't yet know...

i just updated and built with dnc... my simgear was 9 commits behind... it found
openal and appears to have built just fine... fgdata was 4 commits behind and FG
14 commits behind... compiling FG brought the (now) usual complaint about osgXR
but otherwise seems to have built just fine... i'm on kubuntu 20.04 which is an
LTS...
