I am no longer able to devote significant amounts of time to flightgear; the discrete graphics dard in my laptop is dead, making it quite painful even to run flightgear on the IGP alone. As I explained a long time ago when Michael initially submitted the patches, I hoped that the other MiG-15 maintainer would step up to review the changes (in fact these changes seemed too big for me alone to review). Unfortunately this has not happened. So, for all intents and purposes, I propose that Michael be granted access to fgaddon and permission to take maintenance over. I apologize for having been a bottleneck in this and I commend Michael for his patience and the fact that he split his changes into reviewable and revertable patches. I hope more people show their interest in this excellent plane and continue to improve it. -- Ludovic Brenta. The Products Managers 200% execute the strategy. |
