Afaik does terrasync already work with rsync... that could be used. Just run it against the respective release branch once a new zip file is available. When rsync has successfully completed, just bump the zip hash on the client. As for the server... if someone donates a public IPv4... My server has 200MBit/s upload and >11TB storage...
