I've gone back and labeled all the tickets for the past three years. There is likely some some gems hidden in the pile going further back, but I image most of the older tickets are obsolete at this point. Is there any reason why we don't just expire all tickets predating 2015? They haven't been touched for three years, so I think the likelihood of them getting attention is pretty slim.
