Velocity-XL: minor bug fixes
* do not pollute the property tree of other aircraft over multiplayer:
make all property paths relative in the model animations.
* velocity-set.xml: name fuel tanks, hide the sump.
* Models/Interior/Panel/Instruments/FuelGauge/FuelGauge.xml: indicate
the levels in the tanks properly: left, right instead of sump, left.
