Okay, this is unfortunate indeed, but also explains why it's been un-noticed / under-reported I guess. I do have access to a Windows box but don’t see such issues, but presumably because of my development setup. If anyone can suggest a way to capture the issue, and ideally make it happen more often / repeatably, I’m sure we can work around it if not fix it entirely.
