Looking at all the "missing texture" it's like you have updated your  
flightgear/simgear binary but you forgot to update your fgdata.

By using the development version of FlightGear you must update all  
dependencies at once (flightgear/simgear/fgdata)
Please update your fgdata then report if it fix your problem.
