Been there, done that, and really nothing useful.. got some scripts here,
but really there is no structure..
indeed I thing even OCR is more pratical..
Getting it electronic in machine readable is soemthign even CAA don't
provide at last approach..

Ie we have a database..
and then generate pat.dat serialised..
