Michael, That is surprising that you don't see an improvement. Not sure that sets the same property. Please confirm that "show command line" is enabled, and the start date command is set correctly. Better yet, from Fgrun->advanced->Time; Choose Start date sys: and paste 2013:06:15:2:00:00 Then, check command line string in fgrun.
