[Flightgear-devel] Shader fixes (only 8 texture units)

Hello,

Since it appears I (and presumably others) have a limit of 8 texture units on my GPU, I am planning to edit the effect files to either remove the noise texture (if it's unused by the underlying shader, which is the case in several due to copy+paste), or move it down to an unused slot. I *think* the noise shader is the only one residing at an index above 7, in the all the existing Effect files.

In the uber-shader,  the only available texture unit below 8 is unit 1 - thanks to Fred for pointing this out. There's no deliberate reason for leaving this index empty, is there?
