OK. But most likely because the build system doesn't generate
them. FlightGear's and SimGear's build system *does* generate them,
so why ask if it's there? We could as well put these #ifdefs around
*every* include, with the same argument. But maybe I missed something.
I'd still prefer to have this noise elsewhere. So, is the theory
that every code file makes sure that globals.hxx gets loaded?
