Can I suggest that you group things that obviously belong together
(such as all the IO things) instead of being alphabetic about it ?

Also, I suggest explicitly documenting that the .fgfsrc is like
command line arguments while the preferences.xml is a XML file
to save you from having to do another man page for those files.
