#229 Postbuild step fails for some users

After opening successfully, I selected Build > Rebuild solution. The compile moved along, then threw these errors:

User has been asked to see what happens when they invoke postbuild.cmd manually. Permission problem? AV software locking files?

Build for 2.0.0.69 had same symptoms for myself. I did not have problem with 2.0.0.62.

Postbuild.cmd runs successfully when invoked manually. Turning off AV does not change error behaviour.

Compile system is WinXP.

It looks like the build fails when there is a space in the directory path and it works okay when there is no space

Committed in revision 661. Fix appears in build 2.0.0.70. Remove check in WikiEdit IsWritable for existence of topic. Security AuthorizationProvider returns proper value if topic exists or not.
