[flap-user] flap 0.1 released

Hi, I have just released flap 0.1.

This is the initial release of flap. So far it has the basic features of
connecting to your server, reading your mail and composing a new one.
You can also set up multiple transports and identities. Support for
attachments and creating new folders will follow in later versions.
