#205 Drag and move text

In the execute SQL editor, it would be very helpful if selected text could be draged to a new location. Currently, an attempt to drag will only de-select the text.

To be clear, a drag is when the mouse pointer is over selected text, a left click and hold is used followed by movement of the mouse pointer. Releasing the left click designates the drop location at new pointer's position.
