I use Flamerobin 0.9.3 32-bit version in Windows 7 x64. I can see, there are newer version of Flamerobin (0.9.4 and 1.0) but I don't know how to download them. Anyway, this is about script editor ("Execute SQL statements").
1) Type some non-English characters, save script into a file, then reaload the file. Result: garbage characters. My guess is that Flamerobin uses Unicode but it saves scripts in English ANSI code page.
2) Open notepad.exe, create script file, save it as UTF8 or Unicode. Then open this file in Flamerobin script editor. It opens fine (all non-English characters readable) but you cannot save this file back. Instead of saving the file, Flamerobin deletes all text from it! And it constantly displays popup windows: "Save changes" and "Do you want to load external modifications to this file". This is a very dangerous bug, you can easily lose hours of your work.
