#42 Precision is not accuracy

The documentation for $ZTIMEOUT says, “… specifies with microsecond accuracy how long …”. This is not quite right, it should say “resolution” not “accuracy”, e.g., see https://metrologyinstitute.org/accuracy-precision-and-resolution/

Also the argument for $ZTIMEOUT is an expr that is XECUTEd, not a labelref that is DOne.
