Not sure how to get around this one. The obvious "chardet-py31.info" doesn't work either. Maybe someone on #fink has a solution that lets the package name stay the same. Otherwise, could rename package to "chardet3-py%type_pkg[python]" as a possibility.
Also, the DocFiles field got lost for the py2X and py3X files.

Also, why did you get rid of the DocFiles field in chardet-py.info ?
