[fink-core] distfiles.bru.be.eu.finkmirrors.net not responding

Hi,

I hope I am not bugging, the distfiles.bru.be.eu.finkmirrors.net which
is main mirror for Europeans (I think) is not responding to curl or
wget.

I have checked here, it responds to ping and it can even be tracerouted
but it doesn't respond to requests of rsync or curl/wget.

I don't want to bug anyone in xmas but I thought I better share this
issue.
