[Fink-users] libapr does not download

Folks,

It seems that I can’t build svn since libapr can’t fetch the source. 
curl --connect-timeout 30 -f -L -A 'fink/0.45.99.git' -O http://www.apache.org/dist/apr/apr-util-1.6.3.tar.bz2

Returns as not found.  I assume the source version is too old to be archived.  I was trying to build svn to test a patch to libemf suggested by upstream that needs testing on macOS (arm and regular flavor).  I can try updating version but my local directory is getting overburdened and I am running out of time to build new packages so I am hoping someone has already run into this and has a tested patch?

And since it is tied to Apache mirrors there is no master fink-dist that I can see.
