We are in the gaim-ssl thread, right? Ivan Lopez had a problem with 
gaim-ssl which turned out to be a missing crt1.o. Your problem is with 
compiling swig, and it comes from the funny "-Dexplicit=-isystem 
/sw/include" on the compiler line which I had no idea where it comes 
from, sorry.

Actually, there was an update of the swig package some 2 weeks ago (to 
version 1.3.20-12) that addressed aomething like this. Maybe the problem 
is already fixed?
