[Fink-beginners] Problem: "Internal error: node for automake already exists"

Greetings

I updated my fink source installation by doing

  fink selfupdate-cvs

It apparently succeeded:

  The core packages have been updated. You should now update the other packages
  using commands like 'fink update-all'.

So I did

  fink update-all

And I got this error message:

What does this mean? How can I correct this problem?
