[Fink-beginners] successful build of arts-1.1.1-1, qt3-3.1.2-1, and kdelibs3-ssl-3.1.1-2

Great! KDE-related stuff in the subject have built successfully after a 
few minor problems with dependency. I had been updating, step by step, 
qt3, arts, and kdelibs3 in this order. To complete this update, I'm 
building kdebase3-ssl-3.1.1-2 with its shlibs and dev packages now. 
I'll let you know if this build ends successfully.
