The prog-modes (xemacs-)package contains fortran modes. I didn't install
fink's xemacs-sumo-pkg, but this would certainly contain the prog-modes
package. 

When you have xemacs installed and are connected to the net, you can get
and update packages from within xemacs with the Tools->Packages->List
and Install menu.
