Two small documentation updates:

http://www.finkproject.org/download/10.9-upgrade.php has 10.7 in the HTML title tag.

There is an extra "./bootstrap" at the end of the "cd fink-..." command line in http://www.finkproject.org/download/srcdist.php

Let me know if there is a better place to file these sorts of issues.
