Sorry about that.

xmkmf needs to be removed from the 10.13 distribution (at least for now), along with any packages that depend on it, pending the following

xmkmf can be built

The packages that depend on it can be coaxed to build without it.

xmkmf and dependees have been removed from the 10.13 tree.

Unfortunately, yes. The cernlib package needs xmkmf to build. You can contact our cernlib maintainer fink info cernlib2006 to see if he can update it to not need xmkmf. If it still requires xmkmf, then someone will need to hack xmkmf to work on 10.13.
