#4 Show subtitles in the tutorial when both the audio and subtitles are turned off

When I started playing this game, I turned the subtitles and the audio off. I was surprised, however, that in the second level, I lost control of the fish and they kept dying. It'd be nice if, in this unique instance, the subtitles were shown anyway, or if the tutorial was skipped altogether.
